Women Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Power Inn Road

The fatal car vs. pedestrian collision was reported to the CHP at about 6:30 a.m. on Power Inn Road, north of Gerber Road at 68th Avenue. The CHP told the Sacramento Bee that the driver of the vehicle stopped following the incident. An investigation into the cause of the October 18th Sacramento pedestrian accident is ongoing. According to the CHP, the victim was not immediately identified.
