Weather-Related Accidents and Personal Injury Claims
Although many accidents are said to be caused by weather, it is often the case that the driver of the vehicle failed to operate the vehicle safely given the adverse weather conditions. After an accident such as this one, if the driver is responsible, the victim may be entitled to compensation in a personal injury claim from the driver's insurance policy. While this accident remains under investigation, it would be advisable for the victim or his family to contact a northern California car accident attorney about the accident, and the victim's rights to compensation for medical care and treatment expenses, lost earnings, pain and suffering, and other damages.
